It can be a lot of fun to see how anthropomorphic characters deal with the old west in a variety of forms. What changes from history and what stays the same? What kind of allegories can be drawn for class and social strife of the tumultuous history? We'll tackle these as well as talking about some of the twists on the genre such as Steampunk and Weird Western. And of course, we'll have that age-old debate: Do they still ride horses?
